One of the easiest way to rise or plateau in destiny is through associations. And one of the things that define us is the kind of people we have within our circle of influence. You've probably heard the saying that "you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with". Your circle of influence defines how your life is and going to be. There is no way you will be surrounded by people with a corrupted mindset and ideology and expect your life to be different from theirs. It is against the principle of induction. In magnetism, there is a principle by which a magnetic material can be made into a magnet and that is by attaching the magnetic material to a magnet. Even though the magnetic material isn't a magnet but it can act as a magnet by reason of it being attached to the magnet.   Every great destiny needs a "Gaius" for it's manifestation. I'm yet to see anyone who is excelling in a particular field without a "Gaius" in his or her life. A "Gaius" in this case is a mentor, a coach, a builder, a shaper of destiny. You've probably watched the classic movie Merlin. In the season one episode one, the mother of Merlin realized that her Son was destined for greatness. So she had to take him from his environment to another environment where he can be mentored properly for his destiny to be actualized. So she sent him to Gaius. Gaius received Merlin and discovered about him that though he's so much gifted but he uses his gift very foolishly; something that could lead to his death. Gaius then begun to shape Merlin, helped him to discover the purpose of his giftings and how to use his gift wisely. Decisions are very powerful in the sense that the quality of ours lives can mostly be traced to the kinds of decisions we often make. Decisions are actually vehicles that carry us from a particular level in life to a different destination (consequence). Your current level in life is a report card of the compound effect of all decisions you made in life so far. Midwifing your current level and the glorious destiny you always think of is the quality of decisions you make momentarily.   Growing up as a child, this was our principle whenever we were joining our monies together for a small party. Whoever contributed in cash or kind received a share of whatever we prepared in an exact proportion of whatever was contributed. On the other hand, anyone who didn't contribute anything gets nothing at the end. People become very upset when they stay at a particular level for so long without making any significant progress in their lives.
